The terms governing your use of Fleetify.
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Fleetify platform and website provided by Fleetify Pty Ltd. This is a template and should be reviewed by your legal adviser before publication.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy of the data you provide. You must comply with applicable laws, including heavy-vehicle and privacy legislation.
Subscriptions & billing
Fleetify is provided on a subscription basis, priced per asset and billed annually unless otherwise agreed. Free trials are provided without a credit card and convert only if you choose to subscribe.
Your data
You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service, and offer Australian data residency. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access for material breach.
Warranties & liability
The platform is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order or master agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
